構造特性
--クロスボードレイアウト --高精度すべりねじ --高強度鋳鉄基礎

クロスプレート配置を採用し、クロスガイドレールはテフロンソフトベルトで固定されています。 作業テーブルの移動には密閉油圧システムを使用しています。 正逆送りは手動で行うことも、スクリューをモーターで駆動して間欠的に自動送りすることもできます。 研削ヘッドの下方への移動は、クイック ストローク用のリフティング モーター (AHR) またはクイック ストロークおよび自動送り用のサーボ モーター (AHD) を介して行うことができ、手動で行うこともできます。 精密アンギュラコンタクトベアリングと高剛性スリーブ構造を採用しています。 機械の全体的な品質は安定しており、動作はスムーズです。
